Also, it has been helpful in identifying patters of my mood swings, low energy and bloating! Also, very supportive in tackling in any issues!

"My PCOD was diagnosed last year at a very early stage but it scared me since i had heard how it effects the body. Obviously not much that i did really helped as such cause my work included a lot of travelling and eating out so getting myself to a place of regimented daily activity was a really far away thought.
Joining Meher really made it easy for me to shift my haphazard life to a healthy one. The changes I could see were gradual but I knew were here to stay - I could see my skin clear up like never before, I could identify my date right to the T.
My body, the one I was kind of sorta always mad at for being the way it was, was finally talking back to me - i knew what kind of food was good for me (my skin, my hair, my body), how certain exercises highlighted certain aspects.
Being a smoker, i know its tougher for PCOD to leave me but with everything i was doing, it genuinely did. I am currently completely free of PCOD, since I am now accustomed (and can hear Meher in my head when I'm not) to drink x amount of water, eat only those many calories, allow myself to move everyday no matter how little.
I keep beating myself up about not reaching my goal weight this year but the kind of milestones Iβve reached this year are equal and above that goal! "
"Meher, Thank you for everything really. I know I've said it hundred times already. This program and you have really helped me UNLEARN a lot of things but specifically here are a few things: - I haven't skipped a day of scheduled work out.
Any time I've felt like I'm not upto it, you've given me simple alternates. This has really helped me put my "workout" into perspective as not a tool for weight loss but the real way to just keep active no matter what. - I now have a deeper understanding of nutrition and what my body thrives on.
I've reduced the number of times I overthink food thanks to your reassurance. - I've truly learnt the value of rest days without feeling guilty about not working out. This was a big plus for me. I really needed to wind down and stretch both my body and mind and this program really helped me do that. This is a long term commitment.
I've upped my water and reduced my coffee π· (you know how hard this is for me) - I'm not obsessed with a certain body type and I'm learning there are other goals than to have a flat tummy. So, thank you.
Again. P.S: I love your "We're human, this happens. No big deal. Let's focus on what we can do" mantra. I often find myself going back and thinking of it to reduce anxiety. You're a really good coach. Keep up the fabulous work."
"Hey Meher, today is my last day of the 3 months of the MOF Lifestyle program. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your efforts in improving my lifestyle. I have, in the the past, been part of 2 fitness programs in the gym i used to go.
Tbh, they left me uneasy and put me on unsustainable workout and diet regimes.
Like i said before, you have come into my life as a guru who could guide me and channelize my energies in the right direction.
Iβve always heard from fitness coaches that you canβt eat normal regionally available food and stay fitβ¦. you need supplements. xa
You broke that myth for me. Your diet and workout plans have worked wonders on me. Today, i feel a lot more fitter (in-fact fitter than ever), happier and lighter. My fitness levels are at the peakIβd say. Couldnβt ever imagine me doing 100 squats, 50 push ups!!! Itβs just not meβ¦.

Just completed my first 28 day program with you and opted for a renewal .
Why I chose your program? It sounded achievable, result oriented and motivating to say the least when I first spoke to you ! At 38, I had started my journey on building my core n staying fit - practically wanted a life style change since long .
I have been trying to eat clean and lead a disciplined life when I came across your program. With the right dosage of workout coinciding with my long term goals , I could not ask for more to help me build on my stamina and work on my core . I knew it's a long haul , but I have you pushing me for that extra mile every single day .

"Hi Meher! I dont know where to start thanking you from. I have worked out before and joined a gym, but I have never looked forward to working out as much as I have in these past 5 months. I remember waking up being excited on a leg day which is rather unusual :p. Now even pushups seem doable. I walk out feeling confident about myself and not worrying if my hips look big or if my face looks big and it is because of you that i have regained my confidence. I honestly recommend everyone I meet who want to lose weight and get into a healthy lifestyle to join your FLAC program, thatβs how much I loved it. I have never felt so comfortable with any trainer before either. To be honest, when I was about to join your program, I showed a few people your profile and they were not in favour of me working out with you - they found your profile and posts quite edgy and rebellious. "Meher's workout regimes are one of the most effective routines that I have ever come across. During this lockdown for the first time I feel something good that has happened to me is "Meher".
She has her own way to make you do whatever the hell it takes to just "get it" in the most minimalistic way. I have been into various workout regimes previously and since I had no choice this season I wanted to put a hold on gaining strength and go for a "cut". Meher's assistance and training has worked that out very well.
I not only cut fat within just 2 months but also gained a lot of upper body strength, learnt how to establish a mind & body connection, managed food in a much better way. And the most important thing being is learnt how to Engage the CORE!!!!!! WHICH has always been a problem for me. I used to always depend on my upper and lower body strength for all kinds of workouts.

"I reached out to Meher 3 months ago with a few goals in mind. One of my biggest concerns was to lose weight healthily and to fix my eating habits.
I have not only lost 6 kilos but I finally have developed a healthy relationship with food. A tailored meal plan and an easy to follow at home workout routine has been incredibly helpful.
