"I contacted meher when i weighed 63 kgs and worked out a total of zero times a week... my main aim was to start eating more to gain weight and be consistent with my workouts.
After completing 8 months with meher, i have gained 6 kgs in weight and have started working out atleast 4 times a week.

Hi Meher! I dont know where to start thanking you from. I have worked out before and joined a gym, but I have never looked forward to working out as much as I have in these past 5 months. I miss talking about my week with you. You had mentioned it earlier in the class saying, sometimes it feels good to share emotions and thoughts with a stranger and that is so damn true. And to share it with someone like you who patiently listens and provides a different perspective is a great feeling. Thank you so much for your time throughout the past two months. When I began, I thought I would remain stuck at this unbearable impasse.
I remember being panic stricken and reaching out to you in distress, I felt this was it, either I let life toss me over & over or I do something about it. But after just 16 days of guided meditation & pranayam, I am so happy that my mind is calmer and my resolve has grown stronger to face my problems head-on, regulate my emotions and develop a lasting self-awareness.
I never expected that I would enjoy meditation & pranayams so much. Maybe that is because I know myself better today. Situations haven't changed surely but I am in a much better position to handle my problems today & keep doing what I have to do. I am in a healthier relationship with myself than I was before. This also means that I am becoming a better person, I feel much more accountable.
The early morning sessions with you energized me for the rest of day Meher, and I am going to miss them so much! I began with a message to you that said, "I do not want to feel this way anymore!" and I am ending with a note today that says, "I do not feel those toxic emotions as often as I used to, I am slowly but surely disarming them.

"I started my journey of self development with Meher around 6 months ago with just one goal: to reduce my body weight below 65 kg.
However, after joining I explored that this is not at all about the numbers as coach alway says, it’s a beautiful journey of mind and body together.
I never ever felt like working out in my whole life so consistently but now it is the best part of my whole day. Even my friends and family are surprised that I stayed for such a longer period with Meher in this. I just enjoy working out without having all those fancy diets and supplements. " My PCOD was diagnosed last year at a very early stage but it scared me since i had heard how it effects the body. Obviously not much that i did really helped as such cause my work included a lot of travelling and eating out so getting myself to a place of regimented daily activity was a really far away thought.
Joining FLAC really made it easy for me to shift my haphazard life to a healthy one. The changes I could see were gradual but I knew were here to stay - I could see my skin clear up like never before, I could identify my date right to the T. My body, the one I was kind of sorta always mad at for being the way it was, was finally talking back to me - i knew what kind of food was good for me (my skin, my hair, my body), how certain exercises highlighted certain aspects. Being a smoker, i know its tougher for PCOD to leave me but with everything i was doing, it genuinely did. I am currently completely free of PCOD, since I am now accustomed (and can hear Meher in my head when I'm not) to drink x amount of water, eat only those many calories, allow myself to move everyday no matter how little. I keep beating myself up about not reaching my goal weight this year but the kind of milestones I’ve reached this year are equal and above that goal!
"So to begin with,
In my pcos case, undeniably my desk job being a lawyer and just reading several hundreds documents all day and not having to move around much physically was the reason my pcos got worse. Consequences- I got acne (the worse kind) all over my face, i suffered low self esteem, I stopped meeting people or socializing at all.
Anyway 2 months into lockdown in June 2020 I enrolled with meher in flac program.
Enter Meher, she spoke to me and the beautiful genuine soul that she is, she told me to own my acne as it is and work on myself no matter what comes my way. I removed the mirror from my room and just exercised with her plans for good 5 months. In 5 months, she has helped me and talked me out of low phases when I didn't get out of bed at all to enjoy that phase and come out of it completely once done.
1. I am happy when I wake up in the morning. Every morning. This is most imp.
2. I workout every day before anyone else wakes up ( it is the new self love that I have, me before everyone else). I haven't missed more than 3 days in last 2 months.
3. My family my colleagues and friends appreciate the positivity I have now.
4. Obviously the acne is gone totally except an occasional zit I have during pms.
5. My cycle is regular and effortless.
6. I dont have mood swings. I get up and go ahead with my schedule. I am the master and not my mood anymore.
7. I have so much more energy, stamina and endurance(easily 60% more than I ever had)
8. I dance, i walk, I play sports and I am just constantly challenging my husband to run faster than me.
9. I haven't checked my weight. but I have lost 4 inches off my hips, 1.5 inch off my chest, 6 inches off my waist.
I am happy. I am so very content. It is all coz of the approach meher introduced me to in life that I love myself and I own my body and I can build it how ever I like. She is my coach, a friend and I thank her in my head almost everyday.

I have uploaded the recent images in the drive you can check them out there. My waist stands at 28(narrowest part) 30(above the navel) and my weight is now 61.4 kgs. I am really glad about this progress, it's slow but has a long-lasting effect. I look forward to continuing with a similar routine and apply all that I have learned in the coming days. " The one way you really helped my PCOS is with helping me manage my energy levels. i have always struggled with plaetuing energy levels, especially during my PMS slumps when whatever semblance of eating right and training would fall apart.
The holstic approach, focusing on hydration, nutrition and mood, helped me better tune into myself, and feel more energised. I have never been the type of person to train on my period, going for walks was the most I was able to do, but you helped me break that barrier for myself.
A little note about my experience with the program:
My biggest struggle has always been consistency - As you know I love my cheese and chocolate - but your program taught me that choosing my wellness does not mean that I can never eat cheese and chocolate - it just means that I have to learn to balance my life. I learned that being guilty is not helpful - what’s the point of eating food - something which is supposed to nourish you and feel bad about it - I learnt how to be accountable for my choice - I learnt to be accountable to myself - but I also learnt that being accountable does not mean that there is no space for enjoyment.

"Meher's workout regimes are one of the most effective routines that I have ever come across. During this lockdown for the first time I feel something good that has happened to me is "Meher". She has her own way to make you do whatever the hell it takes to just "get it" in the most minimalistic way. I have been into various workout regimes previously and since I had no choice this season I wanted to put a hold on gaining strength and go for a "cut". Meher's assistance and training has worked that out very well. I not only cut fat within just 2 months but also gained a lot of upper body strength, learnt how to establish a mind & body connection, managed food in a much better way. Starting FLAC I wasn’t sure about how it’s going to go, especially being in different time zones. Though I was certain I had to enroll in this program. The first day in and I knew I made the right decision. The first month was even better than I expected. Time difference not being an issue was the best thing. "Joined Meher's online training after a long break from working out, due to a knee injury. My idea was to get back into a routine and make working out part of my daily routine.
