Privacy, Refund & Cancellation Policies

💼 MOF Registration Policies


We’re here to help you commit fully to your health journey. These policies are in place to keep things smooth, fair, and empowering for all involved. Please read carefully before enrolling.


🔒 Commitment & Registration

  • All registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-freezable. They are valid only for the specific time period and person enrolled.
  • Program commencements are on Mondays only.
  • To join a batch, registrations or renewals must be completed by the Wednesday prior to the intended start Monday.
     

🧾 Receipts & Operations

  • All payment receipts are issued between Monday 8:00 AM IST to Friday 6:00 PM IST.
  • The coach is not available over weekends (from Saturday 00:00 AM IST to Sunday 11:59 PM IST), except in case of pre-scheduled sessions or emergencies.
     

🌍 International Registrations

  • Students enrolling from a non-Indian time zone, with a non-Indian phone number, or not using UPI / IMPS / Indian bank accounts must register under the “International” category.
  • MOF’s verified international payment partner is WISE. Slots are only confirmed after payment is received in the MOF account.
     

💬 Community Access

  • All students get access to the exclusive MOF WhatsApp Community for updates, motivation, and group support.

  • We take privacy seriously. If you receive anything inappropriate, report it — the person will be removed immediately.

🔒 MOF Program Policies (Subscription-Based)

To ensure clarity, fairness, and the best possible experience for every student, please read the following terms carefully before registering for any MOF program.

📅 Program Duration & Access

  • All MOF programs are subscription-based with set durations: 4, 8, 12, or 24 weeks.
  • Access to training materials, documents, and files is granted only within the active subscription period.
  • Extensions or reactivation of access after expiry is not possible without renewal.
     

🗓 Registration & Renewals

  • Program registrations and renewals must be completed at least one week in advance, specifically by the Tuesday preceding the intended Monday start date.
  • The program fee must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • For initial enrollment, a payment screenshot must be submitted via the registration form.
  • For renewals, fee screenshots must be shared via WhatsApp directly with the coach.
  • Receipts are issued by the MOF Accounts Department between Monday 8:00 AM and Friday 6:00 PM IST.
     

🤝 Responsiveness & Participation

  • To get the most out of your program, student-coach communication is essential.
  • MOF/Coaches are not responsible for any lack of progress due to unresponsiveness or inactivity on the student’s part.
  • Students are expected to fill their online trackers and check in with the coach at least once every three days.
  • After three unresponded follow-ups, the coach is not obligated to continue chasing for updates.
     

🔐 Data Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • All training files and documents are confidential and intended solely for the enrolled student.
  • Any form of unauthorized sharing, forwarding, screenshotting, or copying of materials is a serious breach and will lead to legal action under Indian law.
     

🚫 No Access Post-Expiry

  • As a small business, we kindly request that students do not request access once the subscription period ends, unless a renewal has been processed.
  • MOF cannot retrieve or grant expired access without a valid, active subscription.
     

⚠️ Medical Responsibility

  • MOF/Coaches cannot be held liable for any injuries, mishaps, or medical complications resulting from:
    • Not following workout instructions properly
    • Hiding relevant medical history
    • Allergic reactions or existing health conditions not disclosed at the time of registration
       

Please ensure all relevant medical conditions are discussed before you begin the program.

🕒 Class Attendance & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful learning experience for everyone, please take note of the following guidelines:

⏰ Timeliness is Non-Negotiable

  • All students are expected to log in to class on time.
  • A 15-minute buffer is allowed for 60-minute sessions, and a 10-minute buffer for 30-minute sessions.
  • If you fail to show up within this window without prior notice, the class will be considered cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
     

📌 Note: A Google Calendar invite with a 30-minute reminder will be sent in advance. Please use it—no excuses for forgetting or skipping!
 

📆 Coach-Initiated Rescheduling

  • In rare cases where an MOF teacher is unable to conduct a class, it will be rescheduled:
    • For 1-1 sessions, rescheduling will happen based on mutual availability.
    • For group sessions, the new time will be based on majority preference.
       

🗣️ Cancellation Policy – 30-Minute Consultations

  • These sessions are not eligible for rescheduling unless a 24-hour prior notice is given with a valid reason.
  • Acceptable reasons include: medical emergencies, family emergencies, traffic accidents, etc.
  • Not valid: oversleeping, forgetting the class, or being “caught up.”
     

🌍 International Students – Additional Guidelines

  • If you are in a non-IST time zone, please:
    • Formally request any timing change at least 24 hours before your class (IST) unless there’s a genuine emergency.
    • Complete your registrations/renewals at least 7 days in advance due to longer processing time for international payments.
       

🚫 Group Class Attendance

  • Group classes will not be rescheduled or refunded due to one student’s inability to attend.
  • Ongoing regular group classes do not offer class recordings.
  • Infants, pets, or other distractions are best kept out of your class environment. You're welcome to invite a friend to try a session though!
     

💳 Payments, Registrations, and Receipts

  • Registrations and renewals must be completed at least 5 days before:
    • Your subscription start date (new registration), or
    • Your current subscription end date (renewal).
  • Fees must be paid at the time of registration:
    • Submit a screenshot via the form (for new students).
    • Submit via WhatsApp chat (for renewals).
  • Receipts are issued only Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST, by the MOF Accounts Department.
     

⚠️ Legal & Responsibility Clause

  • MOF/Coaches cannot be held legally liable for:
    • Injuries, accidents, or mishaps due to not following instructions properly.
    • Students missing classes due to forgetfulness or lack of reminders.
       

🚨 Reminder: The coach is not responsible for calling or reminding students. Showing up is your responsibility.

MOF VIP Lifestyle Coaching – Terms & Conditions


Welcome to MOF VIP Lifestyle Coaching. To ensure a smooth, premium, and personalized experience, please review the following policies before enrollment:

1. Program Enrollment and Payment

  • Exclusive Availability: Only 4 exclusive slots are available every 6 months to maintain personalized attention and high-touch service.
  • Full Payment in Advance: The full program fee must be paid upfront to confirm enrollment.
  • Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: This is a strict 6-month commitment. The fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or future cycle, regardless of early exit.
     

2. Scheduling and Session Management

  • Flexible Booking: Sessions are booked on a ‘need-to-book’ basis. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions proactively.
  • Soft-Blocked Consults: All consulting sessions are soft-blocked in advance and may be adjusted with mutual agreement.
  • Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may result in session forfeiture.
     

3. Program Commitment & Timeline

  • 6-Month Completion Window: The program must be completed within 6 months of the start date. No extensions will be granted.
  • Early Exit: If a client chooses to leave the program early, no refund or partial credit will be issued.
     

4. Communication & Support

  • WhatsApp Access: Clients are supported via WhatsApp during IST waking hours for updates, queries, guidance, and motivation.
  • Response Time: Responses will be prompt, typically within 2 hours during working hours.
     

5. Health & Safety

  • Medical Clearance: Clients must provide medical clearance if requested, before commencing the program.
  • Injury or Illness: Please report any health issue immediately so we can adapt your plan accordingly.
     

6. Intellectual Property

  • Personal Use Only: All program materials are confidential and are to be used strictly for personal application. Sharing, duplicating, or distributing any resource will be treated as a legal violation.
     

7. Policy Amendments

  • Right to Modify: MOF reserves the right to update or amend these terms with prior notice.
     

By enrolling in MOF VIP Lifestyle Coaching, clients confirm that they understand and agree to these terms and are committing to a focused, premium coaching experience.

Confidentiality

All progress trackers, consultations, and shared files are confidential and intended for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of any MOF material is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action under applicable Indian copyright laws.


2. Service Disclaimer

At MOF, we bring over a decade of hands-on experience in the fields of fitness, nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle coaching. While our programs are designed with evidence-based protocols and deep practical knowledge, please note:

  • We are not licensed medical practitioners.
  • All services offered—whether through group classes, personalized coaching, or nutrition plans—are for educational and informational purposes only.
     

Not a Replacement for Medical Advice

Our coaching programs, nutrition plans, and wellness suggestions do not substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed healthcare provider. You should consult your doctor or qualified health professional before:

  • Starting a new exercise regimen
  • Changing your diet significantly
  • Discontinuing any existing medication
     

We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or outcomes resulting from the improper application of our guidance, especially if medical conditions have not been disclosed to us in advance.


3. Consent & Updates

By enrolling in any MOF program or using our services, you consent to this Privacy Policy and Service Disclaimer. We may update this policy from time to time. All updates will be posted on our official communication channels and/or website.
