Privacy, Refund & Cancellation Policies

MOF Registration Process [Common to all programs (online & offline) ]

  • None of the registrations are refundable / freezable* or transferable to another account / person or time-period other than the one it's subscribed for.
  • All receipts are issued between Monday 8:00 am and Friday 6:00 pm IST.
  • All program commencements will happen on a Monday.
  • All registrations & renewals must be completed by the Wednesday preceding the intended starting Monday of the program.
  • Students registering under a time-zone different from IST OR a phone number that is not of the country code +91 OR without using UPI / IMPS / Indian account as a fee deposit method, will have to register under the β€œInternational” enrollment. 
  • The coach holds no obligations to be available on the weekends [00:00 AM IST, Saturday to 11:59 PM, Sunday]
  • All members get access to the WhatsApp MOFCommunity.
  • MOF uses WISE gateway, as its international payment gateway partner. All overseas transactions must be made using this platform and the slots will be confirmed only once the fee has been deposited to the MOF account.

WhatsApp MOFCommunity Policies

  • This group is made for shared interest of those who want to get better with their health, fitness and wellness.
  • Things you can share:

  1. All your questions related to health, fitness, yoga, nutrition, psychology related to the mentioned topics.
  2. Your personal fitness journeys.
  3. Things that have motivated you.
  4. Things you need help with! Ask your peers.
  5. Your workouts / meals of the day! We'd love to see what you're upto.
  6. Questions relating to MOF programs, classes and discounts.


  • Things you CANNOT share:

  1. Good morning messages / forwards without an agenda. Please stick to health and fitness.
  2. Religion
  3. Politics
  4. Gender Bias Conversations
  5. Feminism
  6. Any thing relating to any world-wide controversies
  7. News of any kind, unless related to physical fitness or nutrition.
  8. Promotional posts that aren't MOF related.


  • Please do not write negative comments. You will be removed from the group. 
  • We have only one rule: Be kind, or get out! 
  • NOTE:

  1. Please make sure to read all the rules and regulations of the group. This group intends a safe space for everyone who wants to get / continue to be fit and healthy. 
  2. Please refrain from unsolicited texting to the members of the group. If you have any questions, please ask for their permission before dropping a private message. We intend to take everyone's privacy and security seriously.
  3. If you receive any unwanted / obscene messages, please report to us right away and we will make sure the person is reported / removed from the group immediately.

Subscription Programs Policies

  • All mentioned programs are subscription based (4 Weeks / 8 Weeks / 12 Weeks / 24 Weeks ) and access to files will only be granted within the subscription period.Program registrations/renewals must be completed at least one week in advance (preceding Tuesday) to the intended commencement week.
  • Program fee must be paid during registration and the screenshot must be provided through the form for the initial enrolment & through WhatsApp chat, for the subsequent renewals.
  • All receipts will be issued only between Monday 8:00 am and Friday 6:00 pm IST, by the MOF Accounts Department.
  • The student is required to be responsive to the coach(es), to receive maximum benefits of the program. MOF / MOF Coaches  will not be responsible for lack of student-progress, in case of negligence on the students’ end, or their inability to be responsive to the coach.
  • All students are required to fill up their online trackers & update the coach once in three days (minimum). MOF / MOF Coaches are not obligated to follow-up post the third unresponded text. 
  • All the documents / files are confidential between the student & MOF. Any screenshots / email-sharing / leaking of the documents & files, copyrighting the material or stealing IPR of any kind, will lead to legal implications in the Court(s) of India.
  • As a small business / organization policy, we request the students to refrain from asking MOF to retrieve their access without renewal, once their subscription period is over.
  • MOF/ MOF Coaches cannot legally be held liable or responsible for any injuries / mishaps that may occur on account of the students’ inability to follow instructions well.
  • MOF / MOF Coaches are not liable or responsible for any medical ailments / allergic reactions that may occur, due to student’s negligence or inability to provide the coach with their medical history.

Live Interactive Class / Consultation [Group & 1-1] Policies

  • Students are required to reach / log-in to the class on time. Failure to do so within a 15-minute  for a 60 minute class & 10-minute for a 30 minute class, buffer period, without prior notice of delay, will result in a cancellation without a reschedule.
  • All students will be provided with a Google-Calendar Invite, set to a 30 min reminder to show up in class. No excuses for skipping!
  • In case of a MOF teacher's inability to teach a class, she/he must reschedule the session for another time, based on mutual time preference for 1-1 class or majority time preference for a group class.
  • 30-Minute Consultations will not be rescheduled unless a 24 hour notice is given to the coach, with a valid reason [medical / family emergency / traffic emergency / etc … β€œunable to wake up on time” or β€œI forgot” are not valid reasons.]
  • *International Students* : All students operating on a timezone that is not IST:
    • Please make a formal request to change your class timings due to whatever reasons, 24 hours before class time, as per IST (unless it’s a medical emergency, in which case, the class will be rescheduled).
    • Please complete your registrations / renewals at least 7 days in advance, from the date of commencement of your classes (as international transfers take time).
  • Group classes will not be rescheduled nor refunded, for any one student’s inability to attend class.
  • On-going regular classes, do not offer video-recordings.
  • Request: For a mutual sense of comfort as well as performance, please refrain from bringing infants / animals to class. You’re welcome to bring a friend for a trial though!

  • NOTE: The coach is not responsible for call reminders. If the student does not show up, it's their responsibility.

MOF VIP Lifestyle Coaching

1. Program Enrollment and Payment:

  • Exclusive Availability: This program offers only 4 exclusive slots every 6 months to ensure personalized attention.
  • Full Payment in Advance: The total program investment must be paid upfront to confirm enrollment.
  • Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: The program operates on a strict 6-month timeline. Fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual or future program cycle.

2. Scheduling and Session Management:

  • Flexible Booking: Sessions are scheduled on a 'need-to-book' basis. Clients must proactively book their sessions in advance.
  • Soft-Blocked Consulting Sessions: All consulting sessions are pre-scheduled but flexible. Changes can be made with mutual agreement between the client and coach.
  • Rescheduling Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session without penalty. Last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited session.

3. Program Commitment and Timelines:

  • Strict 6-Month Timeline: The program must be completed within 6 months of the start date. Extensions are not provided.
  • Early Termination: Should a client choose to exit the program early, no refunds or partial credits will be issued.

4. Communication and Support:

  • WhatsApp Availability: Clients have access to WhatsApp support during all IST waking hours for guidance, queries, and motivation.
  • Response Time: While we strive for prompt responses, please allow up to 2 hours for replies during support hours.

5. Health and Safety:

  • Medical Clearance: Clients must provide medical clearance, if required, before starting the program.
  • Injury or Illness: Any injury or illness must be reported immediately to adjust the training plan as needed.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • Program Materials: All resources provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

7. Policy Amendments:

  • Updates to Policies: MOF reserves the right to modify these policies with prior notice to clients.

By enrolling in MOF VIP Lifestyle Coaching, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies, ensuring a seamless and committed coaching experience.

PRIVACY POLICY

One of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by meheronfire and how we use it.

If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in meheronfire. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.


Disclaimer:

Although all programs are created keeping effective scientific information & case studies in mind, not all bodies are the same. The organization will not be held responsible for any uncanny bodily reactions, especially due to the lack of information to be provided on the student's end. 

Your coach is not a doctor, so if you have any medical conditions that require attention, please consult your physician and then enrol for sessions.

Meheronfire follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on meheronfire, which are sent directly to users' browser. Note that meheronfire has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
