At MOF, our mission is to make your fitness journey smooth, fair, and empowering. These policies aren’t about restrictions—they’re here to protect your commitment, secure your progress, and make sure you always get the best out of your investment in yourself.
💼 Registration & Commitment
- Your program is created just for you—so registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-freezable.
- Programs start on Mondays only, to help you begin the week strong and stay consistent.
- To join a batch, complete your registration or renewal by the Wednesday before your start date.
This ensures your journey begins with full preparation and clarity.
🧾 Payments & Receipts
- All fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration/renewal.
- Receipts are issued Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
- The coach is offline over weekends (Sat–Sun), except for emergencies or pre-scheduled sessions.
This system keeps your payments secure and properly documented.
🌍 International Registrations
- Students outside India, or not using Indian payment systems (UPI/IMPS), must register under the International category.
- Verified payment partner: WISE (safe, fast, and reliable).
- Your slot is confirmed once the payment is received in the MOF account.
This ensures smooth, hassle-free access for our global students.

Every student gets access to the exclusive MOF WhatsApp group—a space built for motivation, accountability, and support.

- Questions on health, fitness, yoga, mindset, and nutrition
- Wins, struggles, and breakthroughs from your journey
- Workouts & meals of the day
- Queries about MOF programs/batches
- Peer-to-peer support & motivation
❌ Not Allowed
- “Good morning” messages or unrelated forwards
- Politics, religion, or controversial topics
- Promotions or sales unrelated to MOF
- Negative, rude comments or unsolicited DMs

🔒 MOF Program Policies (Subscription-Based)
- Program Duration & Access
- Programs run in 4, 8, 12, or 24-week subscriptions.
- Access to training files & resources is available only during your subscription.
- No extensions/reactivations after expiry unless renewed.
This keeps you focused on progress within your set timeline.
- Registration & Renewals
- Complete registrations/renewals 1 week before your start date.
- For new students: submit payment screenshot via registration form.
- For renewals: share screenshot via WhatsApp.
- Receipts issued Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
- Student Responsibility
- Check in at least once every 3 days.
- After 3 unanswered follow-ups, the coach is not required to chase further.
This ensures your accountability is in your own hands—the real driver of progress.
- Confidentiality & Legal
- All MOF materials are confidential and personalized.
- Sharing, forwarding, or redistributing = breach of trust + legal action.
- Medical Responsibility
- Please share relevant health conditions before joining.
- MOF is not liable for injuries/mishaps from undisclosed history or incorrect practice.

- Safety & Liability
- Always consult a doctor before major fitness/nutrition changes.
- By enrolling, you confirm you’re physically & mentally fit.
- MOF is not liable for outcomes due to misuse, negligence, or hidden medical history.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- All bookings are final and non-refundable.
- Rescheduling may be possible with notice (within program timelines).
This protects your commitment and ensures dedicated time is reserved for you.

🕒 Class Attendance & Rescheduling
Timeliness
- Attendance
- 60-min sessions → 15-min grace period.
- 30-min sessions → 10-min grace period.
- Missed sessions without notice = counted as cancelled.
- Rescheduling
- If MOF cancels → class is rescheduled.
- Group classes → rescheduled by majority preference.
- 30-min consults → require 24-hour prior notice.
- Group Classes
- No refunds/reschedules for individual absences.
- No class recordings for regular group classes.
- International Students
- Request timing changes 24 hours in advance (IST).
- Complete registrations/renewals 7 days early (for international payment processing).

- Only 4 exclusive clients every 6 months.
- Full fee upfront—non-refundable, non-transferable.
- Strict 6-month completion window.
- Flexible session booking, with 24-hour reschedule notice.
- WhatsApp support during IST hours (2-hour response time).
- All resources are confidential & for personal use only.
