1️⃣ Foundation Flow (Weeks 1-8): 

Start here if you're a complete beginner.

 Ideal for those new to bodyweight training, working on basic pushups, mobility, and flexibility.


2️⃣ Strength Awakening (Weeks 9-16):

If you can do knee pushups and hold a plank for at least 30 seconds, this is your level.  

Focus on building endurance, stability, and better movement control.


3️⃣ Power Pulse (Weeks 17-24):

Start here if you can already do full pushups and hold a 30-second hollow body hold.  Training intensifies with stamina-building and controlled strength progressions.


4️⃣ Momentum Mastery (Weeks 25-32):

For those comfortable with multiple pushups, crow pose, and active flexibility work.  

This phase focuses on unlocking fluidity, endurance, and refined strength.


5️⃣ Inversion Instinct (Weeks 33-38):

 If you can hold headstands and are working toward handstands, this is your level.  

Focus shifts to core control, balance, and dynamic movement.


6️⃣ MOF Zenith (Weeks 39-46):

For those at an advanced level, capable of pull-ups, handstands, and deep mobility work.
