MOF Offline classes offer an intimate set-up for those who are looking to start / better their movement practice.
A 60 minute class, that focuses on Yoga asanas, bodyweight strength, mobility & flow and of course, breathwork and meditation.
If you have goals like;
- Pushups & Pull ups
- Splits & Flexibility
- Inversions (headstands, handstands, forearm stands)
- Improving your stamina
- More mobile back, legs, hips and ankles

- Offline classes are booked weekly and are only open to women and couples. To reserve yourself a slot, make sure you contact us and hold your date & timings of preference at least a week in advance.
- Personal offline is open only to women.

A three-month course (24 classes), structured using many ancient yogic dhyana & pranayama techniques, combined with some of the best modern psychological meditative techniques, to guide you towards a holistic mindset, problem solving / enduring capacity & a sense of invincibility that comes through mind control of the self.
