This 3 month course is structured carefully through personal experiences [of my students and my own], psychological case studies, yogic sciences, student feedbacks and surveys, the classes will help you through techniques that have scientifically and spiritually proven to make a human feel better in the long-run.
Each class will run for 30-45 minutes, offering you a safe mental and physical space.
Since these are online sessions, they must be done in the comfort of your home or a place, where you're free to think with an open mind, without restrictions. Make sure to come into class with an open mind and ready to take whatever this practice has to offer to you.
