5. What kind of support do I get apart from workouts?

Our goal is to give you a professional, structured coaching experience that respects your time, your goals, and your progress.
All 1:1 live classes and consultations are scheduled sessions, supported through WhatsApp for guidance, accountability, and training feedback.
• 60-minute sessions include a 15-minute grace period
• 30-minute sessions include a 10-minute grace period
• Arriving beyond the grace period counts as a missed session
• Missed sessions without notice are marked as cancelled
To keep everyone’s schedule smooth and fair:
• all reschedules must be made 12–24 hours in advance
• last-minute morning cancellations (e.g., cancelling a 7AM class at 5–6AM) count as cancelled without reschedule
• personal students receive:
– 2 reschedules every 4 weeks, subject to availability
– 1 medical leave every 4 weeks, also reschedulable
Anything beyond this will be marked as cancelled.
If MOF cancels a session → the class will always be rescheduled.
You never lose a session due to MOF scheduling.
Your class slot is reserved exclusively for you.
To keep it fair for everyone:
• renewals must be completed at least 1 week before your next subscription start date
• after 2 reminders, the slot may be offered to the next person on the waiting list
• prices are subject to change at any time without notice
Completing renewals on time ensures you keep your preferred timing and coach access.
This structure ensures:
• guaranteed coaching quality
• predictable scheduling
• accountability that drives progress
• fair access for all students
• priority support for active, consistent clients
Your time and commitment matter — these policies protect that, while allowing us to support you at the highest level.
• fitness, fat loss, strength gain, performance improvements and aesthetic changes vary from person to person
• your results depend primarily on your own commitment, nutrition, lifestyle, and execution
• MOF and the coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or physical changes
• the client is responsible for following the program safely and as instructed
(clients who consistently follow the program DO see great results—this policy simply keeps expectations realistic and fair.)
• all training programs and guidance are designed with safety and best practices in mind
• the client is responsible for exercising within their limits and disclosing any medical conditions or injuries prior to starting
• MOF and the coach are not liable for injuries, discomfort, or health complications that may occur during training, workouts, or related activities
• you must consult a physician before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions
• all payments made to MOF are final and non-refundable
• no transfers, pauses, or extensions unless explicitly stated in the program
• missed sessions, lack of participation, or failure to follow the plan do not qualify for refunds or credits
(Fact: we reserve your coaching time, expertise, and resources, which ensures commitment; a major predictor of success.)
Referral:
• refer a friend → you get 5% off next renewal
• friend gets 5% off first program
• one-time per referral
Loyalty:
• complete 6 months private coaching/classes/consulting → 10% off next renewal
We reward consistency — because it brings REAL results.
