Absolutely! 🌍 Our programs are designed so you can train from anywhere in the world — even if you’ve just got a few feet of floor space. Whether you’re at home, in a hotel room, or outdoors, you’ll get a plan that fits your lifestyle perfectly.


2. What if I don’t have access to a gym or equipment?
No worries! 💪 Every plan is customized to your environment — whether that’s a yoga mat, resistance bands, or a full gym setup. You’ll get workouts that challenge you with whatever you have available.
 

3. How do check-ins work?
All check-ins happen conveniently through WhatsApp 💬

• Budget Programs include bi-weekly WhatsApp check-ins to track progress and keep you consistent
• Private Coaching comes with daily WhatsApp communication for real-time support on training, nutrition, and mindset

No apps, no confusion — just direct accountability.


4. How do you check my form or technique?
🎥 You can send your workout clips via WhatsApp or Google Drive.

All training clips reach the coach every day:
• If you send them on WhatsApp, we share them with her.
• If they’re on Drive, she can access them daily, personally.


Private coaching clients will get:
• daily comments on personal Google files OR
• direct feedback during WhatsApp hours

Budget Programs receive bi-weekly technique feedback during WhatsApp hours.



5. What kind of support do I get apart from workouts?
Support varies by program 💫
Some programs include deeper guidance on nutrition, recovery, mindset, and habits, while others focus mainly on training and consistency.

Either way, you’ll always have structure, accountability, and direction.


6. What if I’m a complete beginner (or coming back after a break)?
Perfect place to start! 🧡 Every plan is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You’ll build strength, confidence, and rhythm — without burnout or unrealistic expectations.


7. Do I need to follow a strict diet?
Nope! We don’t believe in extreme diets or restriction. You’ll learn to eat smart and balanced in a way that fuels your goals AND lets you enjoy your food. Think sustainable, not stressful.


8. What kind of meal plans do I get?
🍽️ That depends on your program:

• Budget Programs include pre-designed, structured, calorie-deficit meal plans that are balanced, macro-counted, and easy to follow.
• Private Coaching includes fully personalized nutrition plans designed week by week around your goals, preferences, travel schedule, and lifestyle


9. Do I need to buy supplements?
No, not unless your blood work shows you need something. 🌿
We focus on fueling progress naturally with fresh, wholesome foods easily available in your local markets. Supplements are added only when necessary — never as a shortcut.

Our team will respond and handle:

• registrations & renewals

This keeps your coach focused on what matters most: YOUR training, progress, and results.


🧡 Coach Availability

Head Coach Meher is personally available on WhatsApp for coaching-related queries:

TUESDAY & FRIDAY — 10 AM to 5 PM IST

During these hours you can:

• ask technique questions
• clarify workouts
• discuss progress
• get direct guidance

Outside these hours:

• the MOF team supports you
• messages are queued for coach review
• urgent issues handled based on priority

This structure ensures high-quality coaching, not rushed replies.


🎥 Training Feedback & Clip Review [Subscription Programs]

These are NOT live classes or video sessions.
All support happens via WhatsApp and Google Drive.

How it works:

• send training clips via WhatsApp daily
• or upload to Drive (coach accesses directly)

Private Coaching:

Included with active subscription

Purpose:

• motivation
• accountability
• education
• peer support

✅ Allowed:
health, fitness, mindset, yoga, nutrition, wins, progress, program questions

❌ Not Allowed:
good mornings, forwards, politics, religion, promotions, disrespect, unsolicited DMs


✨ Golden Rule: Be kind — or be removed.

This keeps the space positive and safe for everyone.


🔒 MOF Program Policies (Subscription-Based)

Programs available: 4, 8, 12, 24 weeks

• access to materials only during active subscription
• no extensions/reactivations after expiry unless renewed
• registration/renewal 1 week before start date
• payments + screenshots required for confirmation


Student Responsibility:

• check in at least once every 3 days
• after 3 unanswered follow-ups, we stop chasing
• accountability = your results driver


Confidentiality:

• all MOF materials are customized & confidential
• sharing/copying = legal breach + action

Medical Responsibility:

• disclose injuries/conditions before joining
• MOF not liable for issues from non-disclosure or incorrect practice


🎓 Classes & Consultations — Attendance, Support & Rescheduling

Our goal is to give you a professional, structured coaching experience that respects your time, your goals, and your progress.

All 1:1 live classes and consultations are scheduled sessions, supported through WhatsApp for guidance, accountability, and training feedback.


✅ Attendance

• 60-minute sessions include a 15-minute grace period
• 30-minute sessions include a 10-minute grace period
• Arriving beyond the grace period counts as a missed session
• Missed sessions without notice are marked as cancelled


✅ Rescheduling Policy

To keep everyone’s schedule smooth and fair:

• all reschedules must be made 12–24 hours in advance
• last-minute morning cancellations (e.g., cancelling a 7AM class at 5–6AM) count as cancelled without reschedule
• personal students receive:
– 2 reschedules every 4 weeks, subject to availability
– 1 medical leave every 4 weeks, also reschedulable

Anything beyond this will be marked as cancelled.

If MOF cancels a session → the class will always be rescheduled.
You never lose a session due to MOF scheduling.


✅ Slot Protection

Your class slot is reserved exclusively for you.
To keep it fair for everyone:

• renewals must be completed at least 1 week before your next subscription start date
• after 2 reminders, the slot may be offered to the next person on the waiting list
• prices are subject to change at any time without notice

Completing renewals on time ensures you keep your preferred timing and coach access.

Your time and commitment matter — these policies protect that, while allowing us to support you at the highest level.


💪🏽 Results & Responsibility

• fitness, fat loss, strength gain, performance improvements and aesthetic changes vary from person to person
• your results depend primarily on your own commitment, nutrition, lifestyle, and execution
• MOF and the coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or physical changes
• the client is responsible for following the program safely and as instructed

(clients who consistently follow the program DO see great results—this policy simply keeps expectations realistic and fair.)


 🧿 Safety & Injury Responsibility

• all training programs and guidance are designed with safety and best practices in mind
• the client is responsible for exercising within their limits and disclosing any medical conditions or injuries prior to starting
• MOF and the coach are not liable for injuries, discomfort, or health complications that may occur during training, workouts, or related activities
• you must consult a physician before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions


❌ No Refund Policy

• all payments made to MOF are final and non-refundable
• no transfers, pauses, or extensions unless explicitly stated in the program
• missed sessions, lack of participation, or failure to follow the plan do not qualify for refunds or credits

(Fact: we reserve your coaching time, expertise, and resources, which ensures commitment; a major predictor of success.)



🌸 Referrals & Loyalty

Referral:

• refer a friend → you get 5% off next renewal
• friend gets 5% off first program
• one-time per referral

Loyalty:

• complete 6 months private coaching/classes/consulting → 10% off next renewal

We reward consistency — because it brings REAL results.


💸 Discounts & Offers

  • Birthday Week:
    10% off (3 days before & after)
    Valid ID required
  • Referral Program:
    5% for both parties
  • End-of-Year Sale:
    Up to 40% off selected programs (Nov 15–Dec 15)

🚨 VIP Lifestyle Coaching (Premium)

• limited to 4 clients every 12 months
• full payment upfront
• non-refundable, non-transferable
• strict 6-month window
• 24-hour reschedule notice
• WhatsApp support within IST hours (2-hour response)

🤝 Collaborations & Brand Protection

• any use of MOF/Meher brand, likeness, image, voice, identity requires written approval
• unauthorized use = termination + legal action
• all partnerships must align with health, empowerment, education, integrity
• misrepresentation prohibited
• all marketing materials require pre-approval
• impersonation or using Meher’s image for personal gain = criminal offence

- MOF collects only essential data
- Never sold or shared

- Programs are educational — not medical treatment
- Always consult a doctor before major changes

S- haring MOF content without consent = legal breach

- Enrollment = agreement to all policies


💸 Pricing & Updates

All MOF program prices, subscription fees, consultation rates, offers, and discounts are subject to change at any time without prior notice.


We review pricing periodically to:

• improve program quality
• add new resources & support systems
• ensure fair access for all clients
• compensate coaches and team members ethically


Once a payment is completed and confirmed, your price is locked in for that subscription period.
Renewals will follow the updated pricing at the time of renewal.
