- Start here if you're a complete beginner.

- Ideal for those new to bodyweight training, working on basic pushups, mobility, and flexibility.


2️⃣ Strength Awakening (Weeks 9-16):

- If you can do knee pushups and hold a plank for at least 30 seconds, this is your level.  

- Focus on building endurance, stability, and better movement control.


3️⃣ Power Pulse (Weeks 17-24):

- Start here if you can already do full pushups and hold a 30-second hollow body hold.  

- Training intensifies -with stamina-building and controlled strength progressions.


4️⃣ Momentum Mastery (Weeks 25-32):

- For those comfortable with multiple pushups, crow pose, and active flexibility work.

5️⃣ Inversion Instinct (Weeks 33-38):

-  If you can hold headstands and are working toward handstands, this is your level.

Designed to ensure a professional, supportive, and results-focused coaching journey. Our core goal is to provide you with the best possible coaching experience while enabling your coach to remain fully dedicated to your progress.


💬 Communication & Administrative Support

All administrative, scheduling, and general inquiries should be directed to the MOF Team via WhatsApp. The MOF Team is responsible for handling:

This structured support ensures your coach can focus their dedicated time on your training, progress, and results.


🧡 Coach Access (Head Coach – Meher)

Coach Meher uses a private, subscription-only WhatsApp number, accessible exclusively to active MOF clients.


Personal Coaching / Private Programs

  • Direct coach access 7 days a week
  • Support includes:
    • form checks & technique corrections
    • nutrition swaps & meal guidance
    • progress discussions
    • mindset support & daily motivation
  • Communication happens via WhatsApp message, voice note, text feedback, or comments on your personal Google files.

This level of access allows deeper connection, faster course correction, and continuous momentum — especially for clients seeking hands-on support.


Budget Programs

  • Coach access is available bi-weekly
  • Dedicated WhatsApp support hours:
    Tuesday & Friday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
  • During these hours, you may:
    • ask coaching questions
    • share form videos
    • clarify workouts or nutrition
    • receive personalised guidance

Outside these hours, messages are safely queued and reviewed during the next support window — so nothing gets lost or overlooked.


🎥 Training Feedback & Clip Review (Important Clarification)

MOF programs are not live classes or video calls.

All feedback is provided through:

  • video review
  • written comments 
  • voice notes
  • cue-based corrections 

How it works:

  • You may send workout clips via WhatsApp or upload them to your personal Google Drive folder.
  • All training clips reach the coach daily for review:
    • WhatsApp clips are shared internally with the coach
    • Drive uploads are accessed directly by her 
  • Feedback is designed to be clear, actionable, and safety-focused, helping you improve immediately. 

This system gives you flexibility, time to learn, and thoughtful corrections — without the pressure of live calls.

If you’d like live, real-time guidance, you’re always welcome to book a 1:1 class or consultation, which is a separate service.


🔁 Subscription Validity & Continued Coach Access

Coach access is a privilege included only with an active MOF subscription.

  • All coaching support is provided within your program duration
  • Once a subscription ends, coach access naturally pauses
  • To continue receiving guidance, feedback, and communication, a renewal is required

This structure helps us:

  • protect the coach’s time and energy
  • ensure fairness to active clients
  • maintain quality, depth, and consistency of support

We truly understand that life can get busy — and whenever you’re ready to continue, our team will be happy to help you with renewals or next steps. 💛

Renewing on time ensures:

  • uninterrupted coach access
  • continuity in progress tracking
  • priority support during coaching hours

🧾 Payments & Receipts

  • Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of registration or renewal to confirm your enrollment.
  • Receipt Issuance: Receipts are issued Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
  • Coach Offline: The coach is offline on Saturday and Sunday, except for scheduled sessions or declared emergencies.
  • Security: All payments are secure and officially recorded.
  • Payment Queries: All payment-related queries are handled exclusively by the MOF Payment Assistant via email: meheronfireteam@gmail.com.


🌍 International Registrations

These guidelines apply to students residing outside India and/or using non–Indian payment systems.

  • We use WISE as our verified payment partner for safe, fast, and globally reliable transactions.
  • Your slot is confirmed only once the payment successfully reflects in the MOF account.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for international payment processing.


💬 MOF WhatsApp Community / Women's Circle

Access to the community is included with an active subscription.

  • Purpose: The group is for motivation, accountability, education, and peer support.
  • Allowed Topics: Health, fitness, mindset, yoga, nutrition, celebrating wins, progress updates, and program-related questions.
  • Prohibited Topics (Strictly Not Allowed): Sending good morning/forward messages, politics, religion, commercial promotions, disrespect, or unsolicited direct messages (DMs).

Our Golden Rule is simple: Be kind—or be removed. This policy maintains a positive and safe space for all members.


🔒 MOF Program Policies (Subscription-Based)

  • Program Duration
    Programs are available in 4, 8, 12, and 24-week terms.
  • Access
    Access to all program materials is valid only during the active subscription period.
  • Expiry
    There are no extensions or reactivations after expiry unless a renewal is completed on time.
  • Registration & Renewal
    All registrations and renewals must be completed at least one week before the intended start date.
  • Confirmation
    Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment and submission of the payment screenshot.


🧡 Complimentary Onboarding Consultation (New Registrations Only)

All new MOF registrations receive one FREE 15-minute onboarding consultation with the Head Coach.

  • This call is scheduled 48–72 hours before the program start date
  • It is designed to:
    • align expectations
    • clarify goals
    • review injuries or limitations
    • ensure a smooth, confident start
  • Booking the slot is mandatory and must be coordinated through the MOF Admin Team
  • Missed consultations without prior notice are considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled

This step ensures you begin your program with clarity, confidence, and direction.


📌 Student Responsibility & Accountability

  • Clients are expected to check in at least once every three days.
  • After three consecutive unanswered follow-up messages from the MOF team, communication may be paused.
  • Results are driven by consistency and participation — accountability ultimately lies with the client.


🔐 Confidentiality & Medical Disclosure

  • Confidentiality
    - All MOF materials are customized and confidential.
    - Sharing, copying, or redistributing any content constitutes a legal breach and may result in legal action.
  • Medical Responsibility
    - Clients must disclose all existing injuries, conditions, or medical history prior to enrollment.
    - MOF is not liable for issues arising from non-disclosure or incorrect execution of the program.


🩺 Medical Freeze Policy (Bulk Enrollments Only)

  • Freezes are considered only for bulk program enrollments
  • Applicable strictly in cases of documented medical emergencies
  • Timing Rule:
    A freeze can only begin from the start of a new subscription month
    (e.g., if an emergency occurs mid-month, the current month must be completed or forfeited)
  • Extension Limit:
    A maximum extension of up to 6 months may be granted for future access


🎓 Classes & Consultations — Attendance, Support & Rescheduling

Our system is designed to provide a professional, structured coaching experience that respects your time, goals, and progress. All live 1:1 classes and consultations are scheduled sessions.

✅ Attendance & Grace Periods

  • A 60-minute session includes a 15-minute grace period.
  • A 30-minute session includes a 10-minute grace period.
  • Arriving beyond the applicable grace period counts as a missed session.
  • Sessions missed without prior notification will be marked as cancelled.

✅ Rescheduling Policy

To maintain a smooth and fair schedule:

  • All reschedules must be requested between 12 and 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
  • Last-minute morning cancellations (e.g., cancelling a 7:00 AM class at 5:00 AM) will be counted as a cancelled session without the option to reschedule.
  • Forgetting that you had a class, will be counted as a cancelled session.

Private Students' Quota:

  • Reschedules: Two reschedules are permitted every four weeks, subject to coach availability.
  • Medical Leave: One medical leave is permitted every four weeks, which is also reschedulable.

Any requests exceeding this quota will be marked as cancelled. If MOF cancels a session for any reason, the class will always be rescheduled. Clients will never lose a session due to MOF scheduling changes.

✅ Slot Protection & Renewals

Your scheduled class slot is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Renewals must be fully completed at least one week before your next subscription start date.
  • After two reminders, if the renewal is not completed, the reserved slot may be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
  • Program prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Completing renewals on time ensures you retain your preferred timing and guaranteed coach access.

  • Guaranteed coaching quality.

💪🏽 Results & Responsibility

  • Fitness outcomes such as fat loss, strength gain, performance improvements, and aesthetic changes naturally vary from person to person.
  • Your results depend primarily on your personal commitment, nutrition, lifestyle, and consistent execution of the program.
  • MOF and the coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or physical changes.
  • The client is responsible for following the program safely and exactly as instructed.


🧿 Safety & Injury Responsibility

  • All training programs and guidance are designed with the utmost adherence to safety and best practices.
  • The client is responsible for exercising strictly within their own physical limits.
  • You must disclose any medical conditions or injuries to the coach prior to starting any program.
  • MOF and the coach are not liable for injuries, discomfort, or health complications that may occur during training, workouts, or related activities.
  • You must consult a physician before beginning any new fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.


❌ No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to MOF are final and non-refundable.
  • No transfers, pauses, or extensions are permitted unless explicitly stated in the program or covered by the Medical Freeze Policy.
  • Missed sessions, lack of participation, or failure to follow the plan do not qualify for refunds or credits.



🌸 Referrals & Loyalty

We reward consistency because it leads to tangible, real results.

  • Referral: If you refer a friend, you receive 5% off your next renewal, and the referred friend receives 5% off their first program (one-time discount per successful referral).
  • Loyalty: Complete six continuous months of private coaching, classes, or consulting to receive 10% off your next renewal.


💸 Discounts & Offers

  • Discounts are not stackable (cannot overlap/combine).
  • Discounts are not retroactive (cannot be applied to past purchases).
  • All offers are subject to availability.

Current Offers:

  • Birthday Week: 10% off (valid three days before and three days after your birthday; Valid ID required).
  • Referral Program: 5% off for both the referrer and the referred party.


🚨 VIP Lifestyle Coaching (Premium)

This program is limited to a maximum of four clients every 12 months.

  • Full payment is required upfront.
  • The program is non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to a strict six-month coaching window.
  • It requires a strict 24-hour reschedule notice.
  • WhatsApp support is provided within IST hours, with an assured two-hour response time.
  • All materials provided are confidential.


🫶🏽 MOF TRAINING LIBRARY — Access & Support Policy

The MOF Training Library is a self-led resource designed for independent growth.

  • Your payment grants pure access to the materials.
  • This is a self-guided resource and does not include personalized coaching, guidance, video reviews, or direct training support from the coach.

If you experience any technical difficulty accessing the Google Drive files, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8860027655. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that the subscription is for library access only, with no coaching add-ons included. All policies apply from the moment access is granted.


🤝 Collaborations & Brand Protection

  • Any use of the MOF/Meher brand, likeness, image, voice, or identity requires explicit written approval.
  • Unauthorized use will result in termination of services and legal action.
  • All partnerships and collaborations must align with the MOF values of health, empowerment, education, and integrity.
  • Misrepresentation of the brand is strictly prohibited, and all marketing materials require pre-approval.
  • Impersonation or using Meher’s image for personal gain constitutes a criminal offense.


🔐 Privacy Policy & Disclaimer

  • MOF collects only essential client data, which is never sold or shared.
  • All programs are educational in nature and do not constitute medical treatment.
  • Always consult a qualified physician before making major changes to your fitness routine.
  • Sharing MOF content without consent is a legal breach.
  • Enrollment in any program signifies your agreement to all listed policies.


💸 Pricing & Updates

All MOF program prices, subscription fees, consultation rates, offers, and discounts are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

We periodically review pricing to:

  • Improve program quality.
  • Add new resources and support systems.
  • Ensure fair access for all clients.
  • Ethically compensate coaches and team members.


Once a payment is completed and confirmed, your price is locked in for that specific subscription period. Renewals will be processed using the updated pricing valid at the time of renewal.

All services, programs, content, and guidance provided are for fitness, educational, and general wellness purposes only.

MOF does not diagnose, treat, manage, cure, or prevent any medical condition, injury, illness, hormonal imbalance, or mental health concern.
Any nutrition, movement, or lifestyle guidance shared should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Seeking medical clearance before beginning any MOF program

  • All workouts, videos, audio notes, written material, plans, documents, branding, and educational resources are the intellectual property of MOF and Meher Borthakur, a qualified and certified fitness, nutrition, and yoga professional.
  • All content is provided strictly for personal use and only for the duration of your active subscription or program.
  • You may not copy, record, distribute, resell, repost, recreate, teach, or share any MOF or Meher's content in any form without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution is a violation of intellectual property and copyright laws and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, along with potential legal action.
  • MOF provides educational fitness, nutrition, yoga, and lifestyle guidance only and does not offer medical, therapeutic, or healthcare services.
  • Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on individual effort, consistency, adherence, lifestyle factors, and personal limitations.
  • The client assumes full responsibility for their participation. MOF and the coach are not liable for injuries, health complications, or lack of results, especially in cases of non-disclosure, incorrect practice, or actions outside provided guidance.
  • You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate and have consulted a medical professional if required.

By engaging in any collaboration, partnership, campaign, event, retreat, content creation, or brand association with MOF or MeherOnFire, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The name MOF, MeherOnFire, Meher, Meher Borthakur, and all associated branding, likeness, voice, content, image, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of MOF.
  • Meher is a qualified and certified professional as well as a verified content creator, and all created content is protected under intellectual property and copyright laws.
  • Use of MOF or Meher’s name, image, voice, content, logo, or identity is permitted only with prior written approval and only within the agreed scope of the collaboration.
  • Any unauthorized use, misrepresentation, alteration, reuse, resale, or redistribution of MOF or Meher content will result in immediate termination of the collaboration and may lead to legal action.
  • All co-branded, sponsored, or collaborative content must align with MOF’s core values: integrity, education, health, empowerment, and authenticity.
  • MOF reserves the right to review, approve, edit, or withdraw from any collaboration that compromises brand ethics, misleads audiences, or damages brand reputation.
  • Impersonation, identity misuse, or use of Meher’s image or voice for personal or commercial gain without consent is a serious legal offence.
