- If you can do knee pushups and hold a plank for at least 30 seconds, this is your level.  

- Focus on building endurance, stability, and better movement control.


3️⃣ Power Pulse (Weeks 17-24):

- Start here if you can already do full pushups and hold a 30-second hollow body hold.  

- Training intensifies -with stamina-building and controlled strength progressions.


4️⃣ Momentum Mastery (Weeks 25-32):

- For those comfortable with multiple pushups, crow pose, and active flexibility work.  

- This phase focuses on unlocking fluidity, endurance, and refined strength.


5️⃣ Inversion Instinct (Weeks 33-38):

-  If you can hold headstands and are working toward handstands, this is your level.  

- Focus shifts to core control, balance, and dynamic movement.


6️⃣ MOF Zenith (Weeks 39-46):

- For those at an advanced level, capable of pull-ups, handstands, and deep mobility work.

Once your subscription ends:

To continue receiving:

A renewal is required to restore access.

MOF programs are not live coaching or video-call-based services.

All feedback is delivered through:

  • Video analysis

  • Voice notes

How it Works:

  • Clients submit workout clips via WhatsApp or Google Drive 
  • All clips are reviewed systematically 
  • Feedback is provided with clear, actionable corrections

Live 1:1 sessions are available separately and are not included in program subscriptions.


🔁 Subscription Validity & Coach Access

  • All programs begin on a Monday 
  • Coaching access is valid only during the active subscription period

      is paused immediately 

Renewal Policy:

  • Renewal is required to continue coaching 
  • Late renewals may result in:

🧾 Payments, Pricing & Confirmation

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required in advance

🌍 International Clients & Pricing

For clients residing outside India or using international payment systems:


💸 International Premium

A 15% premium is applied to all international registrations.

This may cover:

  • Cross-border processing charges 

Payment System:

  • Processed via WISE 
  • Enrollment confirmed only after funds reflect in MOF account 
  • Processing time: up to 48 hours 

The final amount shared at checkout is all-inclusive and final.


💬 MOF Community (Women’s Circle)

Access is included with an active subscription.

Purpose:

  • Accountability 
  • Motivation 
  • Education 
  • Support 

Allowed:

  • Fitness & nutrition discussions 
  • Progress updates 
  • Questions related to the program 

Not Allowed:

  • Spam/forwards 
  • Promotions 
  • Political or religious discussions

MOF reserves the right to remove members without notice to maintain a safe environment.


🔒 Program Structure & Access

Duration Options:

  • 4, 8, 12, 24 weeks 

Access:

  • Valid only during active subscription 

Important:

  • No extensions or reactivations 
  • Delayed participation does not extend duration 
  • All materials remain MOF property 


🧡 Onboarding Consultation (New Clients)

  • One complimentary 15-minute session 
  • Scheduled 48–72 hours before start date 
  • Mandatory for onboarding 

Purpose:

  • Goal alignment 
  • Injury review 
  • Program clarity 

Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited.


📌 Client Responsibility & Accountability

Clients are expected to:

  • Check in regularly 
  • Follow program structure

If multiple follow-ups go unanswered:

⛑️ Medical Freeze Policy

Applicable only for long-term enrollments [6+months]

Conditions:

  • Valid medical documentation required 
  • Freeze begins next billing cycle 
  • Maximum extension: 6 months 


🎓 Sessions, Attendance & Rescheduling

Grace Period:

  • 60-min session: 15 minutes 
  • 30-min session: 10 minutes 

Late arrivals or no-shows = session counted.

Rescheduling:

  • 12–24 hours notice required 
  • Limited reschedules per cycle 

Unused sessions lapse after validity.


🗓️ Slot Protection & Renewals

  • Slots are reserved exclusively 
  • Non-renewal may result in slot release 

If MOF cancels:
