Meher Borthakur is a mindset mentor, yoga teacher, movement and nutrition coach — and the founder of MOF (MeherOnFire), a global wellness platform launched in 2017.


With over 8 years of experience, Meher helps people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health through a balanced, sustainable approach — not extremes or quick fixes. Her work bridges mental resilience, internal health, and physical fitness to create transformations that actually last.


She specializes in yoga, bodyweight and do-anywhere training, paired with science-backed nutrition coaching. Meher has coached 1,000+ clients worldwide, guiding them to build visible strength, improved flexibility, higher energy, and a healthy, guilt-free relationship with food.


Her expertise includes supporting individuals managing PCOS/PCOD, diabetes, hypertension, gut health issues, obesity, and weight management, while instilling discipline, consistency, and long-term lifestyle habits.


Known for her holistic yet results-driven philosophy, Meher believes the body and mind must be trained together. Her programs combine intelligent workouts, practical nutrition, and mindset tools designed to fit seamlessly into real, busy lives.
