MOFOffline classes offer an intimate set-up for those who are looking to start / better their movement practice.
A 60 minute class, that focuses on Yoga asanas, bodyweight strength, mobility & flow and of course, breathwork and meditation.
If you have goals like;

- Inversions (headstands, handstands, forearm stands)

- Offline classes are booked weekly and are only open to women and couples. To reserve yourself a slot, make sure you contact us and hold your date & timings of preference at least a week in advance.
- Personal offline is open only to women.

- Deepen your Yoga practice through postures, breathing and meditation.
- Strengthen your body through bodyweight push-pull calisthenics work, to understand the dynamics of your muscles.
- Mobilize your movement through ranges of motion.
- Want to learn / improve upon skills like headstands, handstands, forearm stands, splits, etc.
If you're looking to enhance your practice well within a pocket-friendly range, this class is for you!
A women-only class, that caters to busy moms, home-makers and young adults, who want to practice Yoga asanas, get stronger through body-weight training, take their daily stresses off by practicing pranayama & dhyana, all while enjoying some serious feminine energy.
