1-1/ Couples Yoga & Strength Sessions!
1. Strengthening & mobilizing the body through Asanas (postures), making it easier for you to flow through movement.
2..Followed by Pranayama (breathing) & Dhyana (meditation) for a calmer, focused and lighter you!

- Couples/Personal Sessions Offline!
- You can either do this class by yourself, or with your partner (or a friend).
- The sessions are open only to 2 people at once, so best believe all attention is on YOU.
- I find private sessions a beautiful way for coaches & students to connect. And since I like to pay close attention to those who train under me, I've kept the number limited.
- Since the classes will be designed for YOU (and your partner), you can be an absolute beginner, or even an advance student looking to improve your skills / knowledge (we all learn from each other).
