What exactly is MOFLifestyle?

In MOFLifestyle, I (Meher)  consider your goals, availabilities and restrictions, to create the best of the following:


  • Structured Training Regimes (6 days a week) || Comes with a vast tutorial database of over 200+ exercise tutorials, to help check your form. Need coach guidance? No problem. 24X7 messaging access to the coach to send form videos for correction. Doesn't matter where you are in the world. You can do this program.

  • Carefully Curated Meal Plans || Keeping in mind what your goals are, where you live, what's available to you, whether you're on a vacation or not, what kind of lifestyle you lead; the best of non-restrictive meal plans are curated, JUST FOR YOU.

  • Habit Log || A daily log, confidential between the student and coach is maintained to check accountability, change habits and write down about our journey.

FAQ's:

  • How do I stay accountable without classes?

Not only will the coach check on you timely, but you're also required to fill up your personal log at the end of every day. Your coach aka me, will be checking your log regularly, to make sure you're doing what needs to be done!


  • What if I need a change in my diet while I'm traveling?

Since the meal plans are prepared just for YOU personally, you'll be receiving them weekly. So if any changes that need to be made, inform your coach and consider it done.


  • How can I check my form?

The BIGGEST plus of the program is complete coach accountability. Which means, if the tutorials have helped you half way through but you still need some guidance, send me your videos! I'll let you know any coach tips you might require to perfect your form.



That is not all! Your coach aka ME (HER) will be checking in on you ALL THE TIME. Once you're in the program, my eyes are on you!

  • For best results, practice/train 6 days a week.
  • The program is not transferrable to a succeeding time frame or a different human.
  • Fee needs to be paid fully, at the time of booking the program.
