After completing my info-tech from St.Xavier's College, Mumbai in 2017, I took a keen interest in physical health & fitness. It wasn't much later, in 2018, after rigourous training & studying, I got my first student! And the rest has been and continues to be a beautiful journey.
After enjoying many methods of training and testing numerous nutrition theories, I came to a conclusion that ; none of these should feel like a chore.
Combining the following:
- Yoga through its postures, movements, sequences, breathing and meditation techniques.
- Nutrition in all its glory. I know you enjoy food. And that's why we believe in moderation over restriction.
- Bodyweight strength exercises to get your pull/push movements super strong and help build maximum awareness in your mind and muscles.
I've created programs that cater to every single student personally and benefit them to their maximum potential.
Yogic science's ultimate goal is to teach us to live our lives in a way that no part of our bodies, including our minds, act as an obstacle.
Dwelling completely into the world of FITNESS, HEALTH & WELLNESS, and with a background in science, I believe the human body, mind & gut, in itself, can fix/heal/transform most things in life.
