1. Can I train with you if I don’t live in India?

Absolutely! 🌍 My programs are designed so you can train from anywhere in the world — even if you’ve just got a few feet of floor space. Whether you’re at home, in a hotel room, or outdoors, you’ll get a plan that fits your lifestyle perfectly. 


2. What if I don’t have access to a gym or equipment?

No worries! 💪 Every plan is customized to your environment — whether that’s a yoga mat, resistance bands, or a full gym setup. You’ll get workouts that challenge you with whatever you have available. 


3. How do check-ins work?All check-ins happen conveniently through WhatsApp 💬

  • Budget Programs include bi-weekly WhatsApp check-ins to track your progress, tweak workouts, and keep you consistent.  
  • Private Coaching comes with daily WhatsApp communication — so you get real-time support, feedback, and guidance on training, nutrition, and mindset. No apps, no confusion — just direct, personal accountability.  


4. How do you check my form or technique?

Easy! 🎥 You can send your workout clips via WhatsApp or Google Drive, and I’ll review them personally. You’ll get clear, actionable feedback so your movements are safe, strong, and effective — no guessing games. 


5. What kind of support do I get apart from workouts?

Support varies by program 💫 Some programs include deeper guidance on nutrition, recovery, mindset, and habit building, while others focus primarily on training and consistency. Either way, you’ll always have structure, accountability, and direction to help you move forward. 


6. What if I’m a complete beginner (or coming back after a break)?

Perfect place to start! 🧡 I design every plan to meet you exactly where you are. You’ll build strength, confidence, and rhythm — without burnout or unrealistic expectations. 


7. Do I need to follow a strict diet? 

Nope! I don’t believe in extreme diets or restriction. You’ll learn to eat smart and balanced, in a way that fuels your goals and lets you enjoy your food. Think sustainable, not stressful. 


8. How do I get started? 

Just fill out the coaching form or drop me a quick message — we’ll chat about your goals, space, and lifestyle. From there, I’ll guide you toward the program that fits you best and gets you results that actually last 🔥 


9. What kind of meal plans do I get?
That depends on your program 🍽️

Budget Coaching includes pre-designed, calorie-deficit meal plans that are balanced, macro-counted, and easy to follow — perfect if you want structure without complexity.

Private Coaching comes with fully personalized nutrition plans — designed week by week around your specific goals, preferences, travel schedule, and lifestyle. Every detail is adjusted to you.


10. Do I need to buy supplements?
Nope, not unless your blood work specifically shows you need something. 🌿
We focus on fueling your progress naturally — with fresh, wholesome foods easily available in your local markets. Supplements are only added when absolutely necessary for your health or performance, never as a shortcut.

Privacy, Refund & Cancellation Policies

MOF Policies & Guidelines


At MOF, our mission is to make your fitness journey smooth, fair, and empowering.
These policies protect your commitment, ensure clarity, and preserve the integrity of the MOF brand.



💼 Registration & Commitment

  • Each program is designed individually — registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-freezable.
  • Programs start on Mondays only, to encourage consistency and structure.
  • Registrations or renewals must be completed by Wednesday of the previous week.
  • Late entries are accepted only if slots are available.
     

🧾 Payments & Receipts

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of registration or renewal.
  • Receipts are issued Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
  • The coach is offline on weekends (Sat–Sun), except for emergencies or scheduled sessions.
  • Payments are secure and properly documented.
  • All payment and registration queries are handled by Anvesha, MOF’s personal assistant.

🌍 International Registrations

  • Students outside India, or not using Indian payment systems (UPI/IMPS), must register under the International category.
  • Verified payment partner: WISE — safe, fast, and globally reliable.
  • Your slot is confirmed once payment reflects in MOF’s account.
  • Processing time: up to 48 hours for international transfers.
     

💬 MOF WhatsApp Community

  • Access is included with your active program subscription.
  • Purpose: motivation, accountability, education, and peer support.
     

✅ Allowed:

  • Health, fitness, mindset, yoga, and nutrition discussions.
  • Sharing wins, challenges, or progress.
  • Questions about MOF programs, workouts, or classes.

❌ Not Allowed:

  • “Good morning” messages or unrelated forwards.
  • Politics, religion, or controversial topics.
  • Promotions or external advertisements.
  • Negative comments, unsolicited DMs, or disrespectful behavior.
     

✨ Golden Rule: Be kind—or be removed.
The community exists to uplift, not drain.



🔒 MOF Program Policies (Subscription-Based)

  • Programs available in 4, 8, 12, or 24-week durations.
  • Access to workout files & materials is limited to your active subscription period.
  • No extensions/reactivations after expiry unless renewed.
  • Registration or renewal to be completed 1 week before start date.
  • For new students: submit payment screenshot in the registration form.
  • For renewals: share screenshot via WhatsApp.
  • Receipts issued Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 6 PM IST.
     

Student Responsibility:

  • Check in at least once every 3 days.
  • After 3 unanswered follow-ups, the coach is not obligated to continue chasing.
  • Accountability is your responsibility—the true driver of results.
     

Confidentiality:

  • All MOF materials are confidential and customized.
  • Sharing, redistributing, or copying = breach of trust + potential legal action.

Medical Responsibility:

  • Disclose relevant injuries, conditions, or history before joining.
  • MOF is not liable for injuries or issues caused by non-disclosure or incorrect practice.
     

📌 Consulting & Classes

  • MOF offers educational and coaching guidance, not medical or therapeutic treatment.
  • Always consult your doctor before major lifestyle or nutrition changes.
  • By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
  • MOF is not liable for misuse, negligence, or undisclosed health conditions.
  • All bookings are final and non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling may be possible within program timelines, with advance notice.
     

🌸 Referrals & Loyalty

  • Referral Perk:
    • Refer a friend → you get 5% off your next renewal. 
    • Your friend (new enrollee) also gets 5% off their first program.
    • One-time benefit per referral; not valid with other offers.
       
  • Loyalty Reward:
    • Complete 6 months of private coaching  classes / consulting→ receive 10% off your next renewal.
    • Designed to reward commitment and consistency.
       

💸 Discounts & Offers

  • Birthday Special:
    • Get 10% off on any MOF program during your birthday week (3 days before & after).
    • Valid ID (Aadhaar / Passport) required.
       
  • Referral Program:
    • Both referrer and new enrollee receive 5% off.
  • End-of-Year Sale:
    • From Nov 15 – Dec 15, up to 40% off on selected coaching programs.


  • Note: Discounts are not stackable, not retroactive, and subject to availability.


🕣 Class Attendance & Rescheduling

  • Attendance:
    • 60-min sessions → 15-min grace period.
    • 30-min sessions → 10-min grace period.
    • Missed sessions without notice = counted as cancelled.
       
  • Rescheduling:
    • If MOF cancels → class will be rescheduled.
    • Group sessions → rescheduled by majority preference.
    • 30-min consults → require 24-hour prior notice.
    • Personal Students: eligible for 2 reschedules every 4 weeks, upon mutual consent and slot availability.
      Anything beyond that will be marked as
      cancelled.
       
  • Group Classes:
    • No refunds/reschedules for individual absences.
    • No class recordings are shared.
       
  • International Students:
    • Request time changes 24 hours in advance (IST).
    • Register or renew at least 7 days early for payment processing.
       

🚨 VIP Lifestyle Coaching (Premium Policy)

  • Limited to 4 exclusive clients every 6 months.
  • Full payment upfront—non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • Strict 6-month completion window.
  • Flexible scheduling with 24-hour reschedule notice.
  • WhatsApp support within IST hours (2-hour response time).
  • All materials confidential & for personal use only.
     

🤝 Collaborations & Brand Protection

Scope

  • Collaborations include Social Media, Events, and Retreats involving the MOF or Meher On Fire brand.
     

Brand Protection Clauses

  • Any collaboration using MOF, Meher or Meher On Fire name, likeness, logo, or identity must be approved in writing by Meher or her team.
  • Unauthorized use of MOF/Meher/MeherOnFire branding, voice, image, or likeness will result in immediate termination of association and potential legal action.
  • All collaborations must align with MOF’s brand ethos: health, empowerment, education, and integrity.
  • Partner content must not misrepresent MOF, its programs, or Meher’s professional image.
  • All marketing or co-branding material must be pre-approved before public release.
  • MOF reserves the right to withdraw from collaborations that harm its brand reputation, mislead audiences, or create conflict of interest.
  • Identity theft, impersonation, or using Meher’s image for personal gain without permission is a criminal offence and will be pursued legally.

  • MOF collects only essential data (name, email, health info, payment details).
  • Data is stored securely and never sold or shared.
  • MOF programs are educational, not substitutes for medical advice.
  • Always consult a medical professional before major lifestyle changes.
  • Sharing or redistributing MOF content or materials without consent is a legal breach.
  • Enrollment indicates consent to all MOF policies & terms.
